Washington DC Area Children's Sangha

Here's who we are. The Children's Sangha meets the 1st Sunday of the month (unless otherwise agreed to) from 1:30-3:30 PM. Children design many of the activities and bring their parents along; children range from ages 3-12.

Here's what we do.  We have some wonderful mindful activities, movements, games readings or drawing, a mindful snack, and then fun playground time. Child-loving adults without children are also welcome.

Here's Where We Meet. Sheridan School, 4400 36th St NW, between Yuma
and Alton Place, near Van Ness metro. Enter through the playground
entrance.
